The center piece of the shooting sports at Brays is the sporting clays course originally designed by Holland and Holland. Recently, the sporting clays course was expanded from twelve to fifteen stations and a practice station. With over fifty traps, there are four venues to shoot, offering an unequaled variety of presented shots. The grounds around the club house also feature skeet, trap, and five stand venues and rifle, pistol and archery ranges.
The club pro shop offers apparel, shotguns and supplies, as well as gun cleaning, storage, rentals and repairs.
Expert instruction is available for all levels and events are held weekly throughout the year. With roughly half the shooting done by Brays Island women, the Gun Club is one of the social hubs at Brays Island.
