South Carolina Golf Communities & Plantations

Incorporating elements from the great Scottish links courses, Brays Island’s 18-hole, par 72 layout is highlighted by immense greens and natural hazards. Designed by Ron Garl—whose credits include Fiddlesticks in Fort Myers, Florida and the Palm Beach Polo Golf & Country Club course—the course at Brays Island winds through thickets of oak, pine, and magnolia, past woods, pastures, and stunning tidal marshes.

The course facilities include a 14-acre practice area with driving range, putting greens, and sand traps. Our clubhouse features a well-equipped pro shop and restaurant, serving daily lunches and weeknight dinners, so you can maximize your enjoyment of this distinctively scenic course. Best of all, since Brays Island is a small, private community, you’ll never wait for tee times or follow large groups of tourists. It’s almost as if the course was built just for you.
